The BRAVA Metro EL Series Communicating Lever Set is a highly specialized commercial-grade lockset designed for doors that connect two separate rooms, such as in a hotel or office environment. This unique lockset features a keyed lever on the internal side, providing a key-operated lock for privacy and security within the room. The external side of the lock features a blank rose with no keyway or locking mechanism, allowing for free egress from the communicating side. The lockset is supplied with a fixed 70mm backset, a common dimension that ensures a straightforward installation, and is finished in a durable Satin Chrome, offering a modern aesthetic and excellent resistance to corrosion. The complete set includes the keyed lever handle, the external blank rose, a 70mm backset latch, a strike plate, and a set of keys, making it a comprehensive and specific solution for communicating door applications. It is also fire-rated for up to 4 hours.
