Canoe buttons / W clips / W buttons – stops rattling security and insect screens

When fitted to the top of the screen door, it will stop it rattling against the channel

When fitted to the channel in a hinged door it will stop the mohair or weatherpile from slipping out.

NOTES:

Originally designed to secure sheet materials to secondary panels, these W Button fasteners can also be used to hold components to panels.

The W Button is pushed through a pre-drilled hole, it contracts as it goes through the how and on and then relaxes to secure the two panels firmly together. Used in loads of applications, in the window and door industry they are used as a buffer or stopper.
