Cavity roller replacement and axle kit – suits obsolete Hume series

Replacement roller kit for obsolete Hume carriages ( images in gallery of obsolete carriages)

Old carriage required

OPTIONS:

• SKU 6257 Kit comes with 2 x 6mm punch axles, 4 x25mm Nylon tyred Bearing8 x washers
• SKU 6284 Kit comes with 2 x 4.8mm punch axles, 4 x 19mm Nylon tyred Bearing 8 x washers. NOTE can be used as a replacement roller option for the shutter carriage in the gallery images

NOTES:

CAN BE USED as a replacement roller and punch axel for the image of the shutter roller in the gallery – thanks to trusted Tradie Lawrence for providing the images on construction and installation

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Drill out the original rollers, stripping back your carriage to the carriage only (option 1 – SKU 6257) and carriage and spacers (option 2 – SKU 6284 – stepped in carriage)

Once you have drilled out the original rollers and axles, position the rollers and punch axles in place and “punch them” on the original carriage – your solution is finished.

JUST NEED A MOUNTING BRACKET/HANGER replacement, then see SKU 6247 (not specifically designed but would work as replacement)
